Welcome to the Iowa Llama Association!
We're glad you stopped by!
Our Mission: To EDUCATE and SHARE information with members and the public about breeding, keeping, and caring for llamas and related camelids; and to PROMOTE the llama industry as a whole.

Fellowship is key in any organization. We offer an extraordinary knowledge base and members with experience in all things llama. Most importantly, we are willing to share our experiences to improve the lives of llamas and the relationship with the people that they live with! |

We all had a fantastic time at the Childers' Llama Farm near Des Moines, Iowa on Sunday June 22, 2008. The amazing surrounds and hospitality created an atmosphere that was warm and friendly. Conversations and laughing could be heard throughout the meeting and we accomplished a lot! It truly is a new day for the ILA! Join us and be a part of this amazing organization and an outstanding group of people that care so much about the animals we keep! |
